Shoe brand: New Balance

Shoe style:  Running and walking (have bought multiple pairs of each.)

Is the shoe true to size? True to size and I wear a AA!

Was there a ‘break in’ period? No – comfortable from the first

What you liked most about the shoe? Good fit, comfortable support, long life AND made in the USA

What you didn’t like about the shoe? Haven’t found anything negative.

Brand: New Balance 993’s  I ordered through this site.  

Comments:

I have worn New Balance since the 70’s when I started running.  When I wear the size that the salesmen measure me at, they always cause problems such as corns between my toes.  I started wearing wider shoes when I stopped running and that ended the foot problems. 

I finally went to the widest running shoe made in order to be able to wear shoes all day with no discomfort.  I now wear a 10 4E and forget I even have sneakers on.  Before I went to the wide shoes, I would start feeling them after a few hours and couldn’t wait to get the shoes off. 

Now I never think about discomfort when I’m wearing the New Balance 993’s.
